Thought I would journal a few smaller items rather than birthdays and holidays.
We are starting to see a little progress with Mikes back. After a month of constant pain he's able to walk upright and only wince once in a while. Seriously the poor guy has had it rough and when you are in the midst of something it's hard to see the light. I think he figured he'd be this way the rest of his life and he kept telling me to just take him out to the back pasture. Then we went and got pregnant and he acted as if he wouldn't be around to raise this baby. It is frustrating when there seems to be no improvement, for so long and it's hard to watch when there isn't much you can do, But things are on the up and up and there is a light back in his soul and I think we are all going to be ok.
Im pregnant. I sorta feel like…. "this ship has sailed aaaaand now it has come back to port. I don't know, we finished the basement and there seemed to be too many rooms in the house so we are gonna fill them all I guess.
Cousin Candace went through the temple the end of February so Shelley and I flew out for the weekend. It was a nice little get away. Candace and I lived together when I lived in Arizona and we had a great time.
We've really enjoyed the new school this year I can't believe it's almost to an end. Jack has been a fun kindergartner and Ivan is an active 2nd grader, meaning he'd like to be playing rather than 2nd grading. I like to go over and change out books for a home reading program they do and I like to help in the kids class when I can and I like to ride bikes to school and oddly enough I look forward to 2:30 and 3:30 when they get home from school. Oh and I'm doing a clogging class.
Parker and Justin (nephews) return from missions this summer
Since the new Netflix "Fuller House" has come out I've decided we need to first watch the originals so we've been watching a couple "Full House" episodes each night. The kids love it. I love it too.
Hmmm, can't think of anything else. I knew I was boring, but getting it all out on paper really confirmed it.
