When I was young I loved reading the "Babysitters Club" books. Now that I'm older I guess I love Being the babysitters club. We've watched a few kiddo's over the years. We started way back when, with little Jayce Steadman, who is now 14!! We watched her, soon after she was born, for 3 or 4 years. Then after Jayce, we watched Shiloah Young. She would just come over in the morning a little before school and then play for a bit after school. That one was a package deal. She and Justice Roberts were good friends so we usually had Justice too. They are now 16! Next we were so lucky to have our little Ophelia. Ophelia is my cousin Kiersten's granddaughter. We had so much fun with her and were so sad to have that arrangement end.
There are a few other little whipper snappers in the neighborhood we've watched more than once. Lauree Roberts had her 2 nieces, Pyper and Delta (pictured below), living with her for a month or so and we would watch them when we could. We've also had the Francom girls, the Gaulke boys and the 2 youngest grovers. I don't necessarily "tend" Lucy Butler, but get to enjoy her company every now and again and feel like she is family. It's been fun to get to know all these kids over the years and develop relationships.
